The girl who took my order -im assuming her name is Crooms, since it's listed under "Host" on my receipt.. was unacceptably rude. When I pulled up to the window, she just sat there and said nothing...looking right in my face. So I did the same thing. She finally gave my total without repeating the order. Then, she gave me my card back and sat there again. She was about to close the window then said, "uh, can you pull around for your wings..." I said "pull around where?" I've never been to this Rally's before and unfamiliar with where they bring out food. She replied nastily, "To the parking lot." I waited over 10 minutes and nothing. Not only is the cashier rude, it was difficult to place my order due to a guy moving boxes in the back of the restaurant outside singing LOUDLY. My overall experience at this Rally's is subpar at best. When I finally received my order, it was brought out by the singing guy. My napkins were DIRTY!!! I will NEVER come to Rally's as a whole again.
